The heating unit consists of electroless plating bath, stainless steel outer bath, stainless steel heating pipe, corrosion-resistant inert material heat exchanger, electroless nickel plating special filter, heat preservation device, plating bath cover plate, outer bath liquid level control and temperature automatic control system, etc.

II, equipment principle

The main body of electroless nickel plating equipment consists of outer bath and electroless nickel plating bath. The outer tank is equipped with stainless steel heating pipe and corrosion-resistant inert material heat exchanger, and the electroless nickel plating tank is also placed in the outer tank. The outer tank is used to hold tap water, and the electroless nickel plating bath is prepared. When in use, the tap water in the outer tank is heated by a stainless steel heating pipe to make the temperature of the tap water rise continuously, and the electroless nickel plating solution is pumped into the corrosion-resistant heat exchanger in the outer tank through a special filter for electroless nickel plating, and then returns to the electroless nickel plating tank for heat exchange with the tap water in the outer tank. Through continuous circulation, the temperature of electroless nickel plating solution gradually rises to the process temperature

1. Electroless nickel plating solution heats smoothly, there is no contact between plating solution and electric heating tube, and there is no overheating phenomenon in plating solution;

5. The electroless nickel plating bath is made of high-quality inert PP material, and basically there is no nickel layer self-deposition; The outer groove is made of stainless steel;
6. The whole set of equipment is equipped with heat preservation device and cover plate, which has stable temperature of plating bath, high utilization rate of heat energy and good energy saving effect;
7. The electroless nickel plating bath is equipped with an automatic temperature control system to ensure that the bath is always within the process temperature range;
