I. Brief introduction

Polypropylene (PP) has good corrosion resistance to acid and alkali chemical solutions without oxidizing property, but strong oxidizing acids or strong oxidizing liquid medicines such as concentrated nitric acid and concentrated sulfuric acid will corrode PP plastics. PP has good heat resistance and melting point is 164 ~ 170 ℃. It can also be used continuously at 100 ℃ under low load. It has good stress relaxation resistance at 90 ℃. But the low temperature resistance is poor.

    Polypropylene heat exchanger belongs to plastic heat exchanger, which can be made into immersion type or shell-and-tube type, and can be used for heating, cooling and condensing acid-alkaline solutions such as hydrochloric acid, hydrofluoric acid and dilute sulfuric acid at normal temperature.
