—— Manufacturing technology of polyethylene heat exchanger ——
1. Brief introduction
Manufacturing technology of polyethylene heat exchanger is a manufacturing technology of heat exchanger made of LDPE polyethylene tubes. Polyethylene (PE) is divided into high density polyethylene (HDPE), low density polyethylene (LDPE) and linear low density polyethylene (LLDPE) according to different polymerization methods, molecular weight and chain structure. Polyethylene has good chemical corrosion resistance, and can resist dilute sulfuric acid, dilute nitric acid, high concentration inorganic acids such as hydrofluoric acid, phosphoric acid and hydrochloric acid, organic acids such as formic acid, acetic acid and oxalic acid, and alkaline solutions such as ammonia water, hydrogen peroxide, caustic soda and potassium hydroxide at room temperature. Polyethylene is easily corroded in strongly oxidized solutions such as concentrated sulfuric acid and concentrated nitric acid. The melting point of polyethylene is 100 ~ 130 ℃, and its low temperature resistance is excellent. It can still keep good mechanical properties at-60 ℃. Therefore, this kind of heat exchange equipment is mainly used in cooling and freezing occasions in industrial corrosion industry.
2, technical characteristics
manufacturing technology of polyethylene heat exchanger is summarized from many years of design and manufacturing experience. Including a complete set of relevant documents and standards from material selection, production equipment, scheme design, drawing design, production and manufacturing, quality control, etc. One-time integral welding is adopted between tubesheet and heat exchange tube, which is simple and reliable, and the welding strength of each tube is greater than 15kgf. After welding, the pressure is stabilized for 24 hours under 8kg water pressure without any water seepage
