Fluoroplastic condenser

Fluoroplastic condenser is a heat exchanger with small diameter fluoroplastic hose as heat transfer component, also known as flexible tube heat exchanger. The common fluoroplastics are polytetrafluoroethylene (F4), fusible polytetrafluoroethylene (PFA) and polyperfluoroethylene propylene (F46/FEP). Fluoroplastic condensing equipment made of fluoroplastic capillary tube is widely used in various corrosive occasions in medicine, pickling, chemical industry, electroplating, flue gas desulfurization and other industries.

Although the thermal conductivity of fluoroplastics is low, the thermal resistance of the tube wall is reduced by using thin-walled fluoroplastics tubes as heat exchange tubes. In addition, the diameter of fluoroplastics tubes is small (3-10mm), and most of the fluids in the tubes are in turbulent state, which makes up for the shortcomings of poor thermal conductivity of fluoroplastics materials. Fluoroplastic pipe has super corrosion resistance, super temperature resistance, good flexibility and viscosity resistance, so fluoroplastic condensing equipment can be used in many strong corrosive gases such as hydrochloric acid condensation, sulfuric acid condensation and hydrofluoric acid condensation.

Fluoroplastic condenser heat transfer area, molding size, the number of fluoroplastic tube can be designed according to different working conditions. The tubesheet and fluoroplastic pipe are welded by advanced one-time forming method, so that the connection strength between tubesheet and tube bundle reaches 1.5 Mpa, and there is no phenomenon that micro-leakage exists after welding by traditional fluoroplastic condensing equipment and pipe leakage is needed;
