Fluoroplastic immersion heat exchanger is a kind of submerged fluoroplastic heat exchanger, in which the heat exchanger is directly immersed in the container, and the medium enters the heat exchange tube to directly exchange heat with the material in the container. Fluoroplastic immersed heat exchanger uses fluoroplastic tubes bent into UW type, coiled O type, linear type, etc. Most of the heat exchangers make a frame according to the size and shape of the container, which is also called frame type heat exchanger. The frame material is determined according to the chemical properties and process temperature of the material. Generally, polypropylene (PP), polyethylene (PE), polyvinyl chloride (PVC) or polytetrafluoroethylene (PTFE) are used. The immersion fluoroplastic heat exchanger is mostly fixed on the frame.
