  1.Normal working current density 2000a/M ² If the current is too high, the reaction will be too intense and the anode life will be shortened
  2.The electrolyte should not contain cyanide ion and fluoride ion.These impurities will seriously corrode the titanium matrix
  3.The distance between anode and cathode can be set according to the specific situation, generally 5-25mm.Generally speaking, the electrode distance will increase the power consumption, and it should not be too small, otherwise the cathode scale on the cathode surface will easily cause the short circuit of the electrode plate
  4.It is forbidden to use the guide pole.Once the noble metal oxide coating is used as cathode, the reduction reaction will occur on the surface, which is easy to turn into metal element, so it can not be effectively combined with titanium substrate, resulting in the coating falling off.It can be considered to add acid to clean the plate surface regularly
  5.The working temperature of electrolyte should not be too high, the ideal temperature is 25-40 ℃
  6.Clean water should be used to wash the surface of the electrode plate when the machine is shut down, and it is not suitable to soak in the solution for a long time.If possible, it is best to maintain a small current of 2-5A to meet the cycle to protect the plate
  7.The installation and handling should be careful, and the coating surface should not be scratched, otherwise local corrosion will occur soon.
